38 plus is a residual insecticide used in lawns for fire ants, chinch bugs, fleas, ticks, ants, roaches, mole crickets, spiders, and many more pest. Rates vary for lawn use from .4oz to .8oz per 1,000sqft. 38 Plus can be used as a perimeter treatment around base of buildings, window frames, and door frames to prevent pest from entering building. 38 plus is also labeled for use on ornamentals, bushes, trees for a Varity of pest. 38 plus also has a termite label for trenching to preconstruction. One quart of 38 plus can make 32 to 128 gallons of finished product. At normal lawn rates 38 plus will treat up to 64,000sqft or 1.5 acres. The advantage to 38 plus is its cost effectiveness. The draw back compared to products like talstar One and Demon is longevity. Where talstar can last up to 6 months in yard 38 plus can last up to 3 months. Also 38 plus can not be used indoor.
